Exchange - Wiped IPad device
Hi All,
I have an user that added our company email account to his IPad which is not allow unless he register with our MDM software. Because he did register with our MDM, we had assumed that his IPad should be a device which he should have this email account set. We did use then Microsoft Exchange and through his account in Exchange we did use an option (see picture attached) like "perform a remote wipe to clear mobile phone data" instead the option "remove mobile phone partnership". The result was that his IPhone and IPad had been WIPED COMPLETED.
Most of the data and apps was recovered but the bad news is that he didn't had his AppleID ICloud backup turned ON. He has ending up losing all his PHOTOS and a few PDF document. Now his IPad and IPhone is as it was before.
My question is:
Do you know an App or anything from Apple that we could use to UNDELETE (BRING BACK) HIS PHOTOS AND DOCUMENT?
Please advise.
