Windows Server 2012 Backups
Hello
I have a question about windows server backups. I have setup multiple drives windows backup for 3 disks but two disks failed so I replaced them for the new one. So now I have backup 4, backup 5, Backup 6 disk. it doesn't make with the name in case when I will have to do a disaster recovery?

Yes it is full backup, the disk 1 3 were full so I had to change it to the new one and continue backups not setup as the new one. So when I have done that I have disk 2 4 and 5. But doesn't it matter ? I will be able to do full disaster recovery? Even with disk5 I don't need to put disk 1 which the latest backup was done 3 months ago as it is full disk now so I don't use it anymore it's sitting on the shelf.

If you are performing an incremental backup, Windows Server Backup will perform a full backup if one is not already performed in the current backup location.
In other words, when you added disks 4, 5, and 6, the first time a backup was performed on each one, it was a full backup.
