Sharing Single Internet Bandwidth with 6 individual office Suites
I am going to be asked to setup a small Executive Office rental Suite. ( with 6-8 rental office spaces)
They will have a single Cable provider ( 100MB business line) and will want to "share", and control ( percentage wise) the bandwidth with 4 to 8 rental suites.
My initial thought is to buy 8 business STATIC IPs from the Cable provider and drop that into a Cisco managed Switch with 8 VLANS.
then route that over to each office. What I am looking for is something I can manage remotely and still fit their budget of about $1500 in hardware and a few hours of setup. My problem (besides never doing a share like this) is the "percentage of bandwidth" control and how to incorporate that into the setup..
Any thoughts welcome

Use an cisco router like 891F or 1921. with this you can do traffic shaping to give every company the reserved amount off troughput. maybe a solution
You can have ONE static IP, one router and 8 VLAN's to segregate the traffic, and this will work. But now you have to limit the bandwidth on each VLAN. This would only be marginally cheaper but more complicated to run.
Any way you do it, one hog can make life difficult for the others.
