And that one does not suit your needs anymore? Out of all the headsets I looked up before I purchased one, this one was the best. It got the best rating on CNET and the best user rating. If you are having issues with it and its not under warranty they will send you another one at a discounted cost, you just have to send the old one back.

You may want to try the Jawbone. That has excellent sound quality, The next one is Jabra.

I do not know if you know this, but they do have firmware updates for the units. Call them they will walk you thru updating it.

I just looked at the best headsets of 2016 and it was the best of the bunch. You could have a bad unit. The next one I recommend is jawbone. Great sound quality and blocks out background noise.
