Windows 10 Mail
Hi Experts,
After removing Norton's installing and AV and leaving a malwarebytes scan running.
The client turned his laptop on when he got how to watch the last two months of his mail dissapear in front of his eyes!!!
I have not dealt with Win 10 mail until now and he is poping back into my office in 30 mins, and thoughts suggestions on how to retrieve... it is a gmail account but whoever set it up told gmail to delete after mail email client picks up the mail!! arghhh (no backups either. Any clues please or are we out of luck here?
cheers.

If the emails deleted while he watched it sounds like it may be IMAP so it *may* still be retrievable online or by Google.

Thanks for the comments guys....
I have the laptop here now at my office, as he handed it to me he then told me when he checked his phone they were gone from there also!! so at least I know its not PC related.
I turned on (late yesterday) to keep emails on gmail server and I am trashing Windows 10 mail due to extremely poor reviews.... and after discussing with client he is agreeable to not use it anymore....

Resolved the issue myself
It may be worth attempting to contact Google as they may have a backup version -although this is a less likely solution.
