Skype for Business server 2015 enterprise voice direct calling

good day

i have skype for business server 2015 configured with enterprise voice, ISP SIP account active with an AudioCodes SBC, users configured with individual numbers(DID) linked to the SIP account calls are working incoming and outgoing.
outgoing calls show as the assigned DID, my problem is on incoming calls to any assigned number it goes to the one and only hunt group which is actually reception.
why would all my incoming calls to separate numbers go to the same hunt group?

HELP would be great.

Hi xpandit

Please check Mediant SBC parameters have value as  listed below :
 SIP Definitions->General Parameters->  Enable Early Media
SIP Definitions->General Parameters-> Play RingBack Tone to Tel ->Play Local Until...
SIP Definitions->General Parameters->Fake Retry After->60
SIP Definitions->Advanced Parameters->Enable Early 183-> Enable
If You used SRD (multilan interfaces), you have to assign the same value for approtiate parameters in IP Profile assigned to IP Groups (S4B and operator SIP Trunks.

I can help You to resolve other problems with configuration SBC<-> S4B(Lync server)

Hope that helps
Hi xpandit
That's my mistake, my answer is for Your second question : lack of outgoing call ringing tone(ringback tone)

I can solve this problem, but I need syslog file(packet capture file) containing SIP session between Mediation server and SBC during incoming call.

thank you for the clarity,

attached is the syslog file.

172.16.128.24 Sfb int lan
172.16.128.9 SBC

i have replaced my domain name with "domain" and server name with "s4bfe"

incoming call would be on line 3 if viewed with syslog viewer

Hi
Thanks for syslog file.
Incoming call [SID:1126645552]
After analysis syslog file I consider that SBC properly invited S4b (destination number is the same with sign "+" as a prefix. Problems is in S4B . Users must have Enterprise Voice license and Line URI should be like tel:+27878030041;ext=30041. Remember AD user attribute msRTCSIP-Line must the same. S4B synchronize data with AD time2time. Incoming call contains 2 re-invites. It look like first to Hunt group, second to user. May be user has active call diversion to HG.
Outgoing call is rather good (same SDP and security issues).  You should use G711u and G711a codecs in this order with Operator and S4B. The reason is that S4B natively use G711u. G711a packets have to be transcoding. Ring back tone should be supplied by Mediant to S4b after receiving SIP Ringing message. Due to lack ring back tone during outgoing calls carefully check parameters mentioned early(+change RingBacktone to IP-->Play) in SIP Definitions and IP Profile used by S4B and Operator Group. Use IP different IP profile in IP Group definition.

thanks for the reply, users are enterprise enabled, and the 0041 number is the sip account from ISP so i cant assign that to every user, the individual DIDs assigned to users as you have mentioned look good on the SBC and the translation on S4B is where it does not reach the correct destination.
i took a look at msRTCSIp-Line which is the same as what is configured on S4B control panel which is correct.
if incoming call will always goes to the HG first then it would explain why EVERY call goes to the users assigned in the HG, but i do not want this to happen. if i dial the HG then i should go to the HG, if i dial a user then i should go the the users SIP number. something whithin S4B is doing this, but what? i do not have diversion setup, however i did notice when i re-setup the HG that when i removed it completely i had no incoming calls. and the tone i got was to my ISP, traces on syslog showed no incoming call traces at all. reinstated the HG then calls came in.

the coders are G711 for S4B, as i undestand this is by default and cant be changed, but that is not what we are looking at here.
