Cooling a small room with server rack

Hello experts - I recently installed a small rack of server equipment in a room not much larger than a closet.  Unfortunately, it is not staying as cool as I had hoped.  I am looking for a way to cool the room with very minimal maintenance since the site is not close by.  I'm not able to do any major construction but I could do something like install a small portable AC unit that exhausts above a drop ceiling.  I just worry about water collecting since there is no easy way to get it to a drain.  Are there small AC units that don't exhaust water out a tube or into a basin?  I would very much appreciate any guidance, thanks!

Any refrigerative aircon has to drop water. Is aircon needed, or would good ventilation do? How about a bathroom exhaust fan in the ceiling, and a slatted grill in the door?

I can't cut into the door but I was looking at exhaust fans in the ceiling as a possibility, I'm just not sure that it would be enough to keep the room cool.  I would also need to have a something simple that can be plugged into a standard electrical outlet, I'm no electrician.  :)

How about just taking a ceiling tile off and see what effect that has? A fan or simple convection does rely on air getting past the door though, maybe you could loosen the screws a bit so the air seeped around the side?

Could you site the aircon the other side of the wall and run a hose through the plenum?

Thank you very much for the detailed post!  I'm checking with the building owners and if we can't work something out with the existing HVAC I'll probably go with something like the Tripplite, thanks!
