Hi, I need some ideas.<br />

I'm building a hosted WordPress site. There will be a page with just a 5 min video (hosted at Wistia.com) describing a challenge/test. That I can do.<br />

<li>I want the audience to be able to send back a comment, to me only, by filling in a box.</li>
<li>I want their email address and name to go into an Email Campaign provider's opt-in list.</li>
</ol>

How should I do 1? (I used to know how to do this with Classic ASP/VBAScript, but I'm new to PHP)<br />
Is there an Email Marketing provider that suits my purpose better than others?<br />
