Check the resolution of your surface Pro in Settings. &nbsp;The surface can only put out a max of 1920x1080 unless you use the docking station for it. &nbsp;It could also be an issue with your cable. &nbsp;Have you tried a different cable or adaptor?

Could it be you are using scaling Settings? Please change the scaling level to 100% and logout and login again for a test.
