Best software to be incorporated in Physical and Virtual (VMware) environment and Assets management

Which is the best and easy to use IT Asset Management software, which can address the following:

1. Provide all details of the Hardware (e.g. Servers, Workstation, Asset Tag, Serial Numbers, Location, Manufacturer,Memory, CPU, Warranty etc)
2. Provide all details of the Software (e.g. Software version, Date Installed, License no., etc)
3. Can be incorporated in the physical and Virtual network and get the details of each asset (Server/Switch/Workstation, etc).
4. Provide details of the IP Address on all the servers
5. Provide a Network diagram of the existing network

I know I may be asking for too much. But wanted the best software or tool available.

I have used LabTech in the past for all but number 5. Plus, labtech offered the ability to run scripts on the endpoints (workstations/server) which made my life much easier as an IT admin.

I used Visio a long time ago to make diagrams. In my experience, I have yet to find a solution that matches what I want, but if your requirements are not too stringent, you can likely find something.
