How to speed up loading time on outlook messages that have lots of graphics / photos in them?

Hi, I use outlook 2007 and I currently have about 8000 messages in my inbox

The emails we get are from vendors, and all of our employees forward the messages from the vendors to this one central account that we use. So if a vendor sends 30 people in the company an email, the people in the company forward the message to one of our central accounts. And we have about five vendors and since we get several spam messages from them every day, this account now has alot of emails saved in it. But there is a reason we save the spam messages and that is because we have to scan through each one in hopes of finding a promo code. If there is a promo code we then save the email and forward it to the appropriate party.

But 99% of the emails do not have any special promo codes attached.

Since the vendor is sending mass emails Some of the emails are very similar, the only difference is the employees name in the header line. But much of the graphics are all the same they only change every few weeks. But some of the emails have lots of graphics which slows down the process of us scanning for promo codes.

So we have to click the email and wait about 10 seconds for the email to load all of the graphics. Then we can scroll down and check for a promotion code. It takes literally one second to scroll down and see if a promo code is inserted, but it takes 10-15 seconds just for the graphics to load.

And if there is a promo code they dont have it in text format, they have it in a graphic. So we can not cheat and do control F and just do a search for a specific text. My question is can we change a setting so every time we open a message it does not have to re download the entire images since we already downloaded the same images in the past emails?

I heard if I go to outlook and press control + alt+s we can change the option to download compete items, not just headers. But that option is already checked off. So is there another way we can speed up the loading process?
