upgrade our exchange server 2010 SP2 to SP3 with roll update 6.

Please clarify the below doubts
I am planning to upgrade our exchange server 2010 SP2 to SP3 with roll update 6.
I am planning this weekend to upgrade two client access servers (Client, Hub transport roles) to SP3 and mailbox servers to upgrade next week. If I do this way is there any compatibility, mail flow or any technical issue.

Existing environment

Client Access Servers - 2 Nos
Roles : Client ,Hub transport roles
it’s in NLB = Network load balancer & CAS Array Server.

Exchange 2010 Mailbox Servers - 2 Nos
Roles : Mailbox roles only
it’s in NLB = Network load balancer , in CAS Array Server + DAG configured for mailboxes

I don't see any issue in splitting the upgrade in phase manner you can target both of you CAS server in first week, and then go with mailbox server.

Normally followed upgrade order Exchange 2010 server roles in the following order:

1) Client Access
2) Hub Transport
3) Mailbox
4) Unified Messaging

In your case CAS and HT are on the same box so it will be in first phase itself.

It won't cause any issue. Remember to upgrade role wise sever in same slot. Which means, if this week you are doing CAS and HUB, make sure all are running same SP and RU. Next week you can do MBX servers.
Hi Amit After upgrade to SP3 roll update 13 one of my CAS server OWA not working but other is working , please assist how to fix
Run below command via EMS on server where you upgraded and post the result.
GCM exsetup |%{$_.Fileversioninfo}
ProductVersion   FileVersion      FileName
--------------   -----------      --------
14.03.0294.000   14.03.0294.000   C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\bin\ExSetup.exe
