Editing Digitally signed PDF report using Adobe Pro XI

I created  a PDF report that is digitally signed. I need to make comment but I also found  typos in the documents that I need to correct but it won't let me. When I checked the Security Setting, I saw " Changing Document Not Allowed". How can I change this in Adobe Pro XI?

If it is protected you can try and use a PDF printer (CutePDF) to print the file to PDF, stripping the security and then open it up in Adobe again.

You will have to sign it again when you are done.
Is there a way to sign without locking or protecting so as to allow future edits and comments?
That is the whole point of signing. You don't want the document to be edited after it is signed.
