Not sure if this will work but what happens if the default view is filtered to show 'available' only?<br />

If that does not work, then client side development (JSOM, Rest API, etc.) may be needed to do what you are asking. &nbsp;You can also try infoPath.

I have a custom list form with several input fields one of which is a lookup to another table. &nbsp;The field is called session, in that lookup field there is also a field called status. &nbsp; I only want the sessions where the status = available to show in the dropdown.<br />
