Save the .bat file on the user's desktop, not a network drive due to Windows security.

I have a custom program that every now and then hangs. <br />

What I want to do is make it easy for the user to start and stop the services in oder to fix the issue.<br />
<br />
Rather than go through services whats the best way to create &nbsp;a .bat file with everything so all they need to do is click the icon? <br />
