SysInternals Process Monitor

I have a need to roll procmon out to a few hundred domain computers and have it run on each of them as a windows service which uses a custom config file which I've already created that is set to monitor one directory and all sub-directories and files contained therein.  The problem is that I've searched and have so far had no luck finding any information on how this can be accomplished.  Right now, I can have it run but it still shows up as an open program on the taskbar but that just won't do because some curious user will maximize it, take one look and then close it out.  If I can just find a way to make it a windows service, this should resolve the issue and allow us to roll it out, monitor what we need to keep an eye on without degrading workstation performance and keeping it out of reach of the active user.  Ideas?
