Citrix SmartAuditor Session recording issue
Hi Experts,
Recently we were testing Receiver v4.4 for implementing MS DirectAccess in our Infra. We found that Citrix SmartAuditor was recording Blank Black screen (with mouse cursor) for sessions launched with receiver V4.4. The recordings for sessions launched with Citrix plugin v12 seems to be perfect.
I had also applied a fix for SmartAuditor player where we need to edit the config settings to higher level of Citrix Client but it does not seem to help.
Any help/tips regarding this is appreciated.

thanks.. your suggestion did the trick. I had compared the working and a non working server. This was the missing setting and I was suspecting it. From your suggestion I applied the regsitry fix and it fixed the issue. Thank you very much...

We are currently on XA 6.5. I'll test your suggestion and come back with results.
