Try this one

gtx 970 micro atx
or this one... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127772 if you cannot get it here try Amazon.
I was just reading you only have a 300 Watt Power supply, so these may be better,

GeForce GT 240 512MB or 1GB 128-bit GDDR5

Radeon HD 5450 (cedar) 1GB 64-bit DDR3 & 512MB DDR2 Low Profile

Make sure you check before you buy. Unless you want to upgrade your power supply then you will have better options.
Doesn't that PC have a VGA and HDMI output? Just get an adapter for the HDMI output to DVI or VGA. Chances are that will work without you having to add an additional video card.
@Rindi, it has an HDMI and VGA. If he want's half way decent resolution he will need a video card with 2 DVI on it and one that can handle his 300 watt power supply. Have one go into the HDMI and one VGA it will work but the resolution will be different on both monitors.
Actually I stand corrected! It looks like 2 HDMI on the system, so a converter will work. I did not see it initially when I looked.
Unless the system pictured here has an additional card.
@IT_Fanatic does your system look like above?
OK, I checked again the pic above has an additional card.

That card on the top does not come with the computer. The issue is we have two 20 inch monitors. 1 connected to the vga and the other connected with a hdmi adapter via the vga and it won't work. But if I remove any one of those 20 inch monitors and replace it with a 15 I have it works. Meaning 1 15inch and 1 20inch. I swapped out the 20inch thinking it might be broken but both work just not together
There are cards that have 2 DVI such as the one I have in my machine.

The size of the displays shouldn't make any difference at all. What are the resolutions? maybe if the resolutions are too high it might be too much for the internal GPU. But then check the BIOS settings. Normally you can increase the RAM used for the GPU there, and that can also increase the total resolution.
