SSRS SQL 2008 R2 can't download reports drop down not working
I can get to my reports and run them but there are no options for downloading. If I go to details setting and click on the arrow for more options nothing ever comes up, it is not working. I never get a properties option tab either. Screen shot attached.

If you don't see a Download function in the context menu, like this:
Then try clicking "Manage" from that same menu, and select the Download function at the top, like this:
If those fail, you'll need to either talk to someone about increasing your security rights on the server or using ReportBuilder to connect to the server and download the file for editing.

I get no menu at all. No options. It does not open. I don't have a Download option at the top either. Is this only a security issue? Seems odd that my drop down menu just doesn't come up at all. thanks
