i am afraid of using my phone because I will merge my test accounts and real account for many websites.
gmail app; the image in the email lets the website server know I opened the email
then the website server may know that I am using another gmail account on same phone to read another accounts email
auction (ebay) shill bidding (bidding on your own item) is illegal in united states
not sure if giving your self a recommendation/review is legal in united states
Or suppose a client gets kicked off a website; then all my clients lose because website server notices accounts are linked because all clients hired me to work on clients account on that website
Please limit answers to this question to android 4.4.2.
I do not want to waste hours moving from library to library just to maintain my client's safety.
This question is just limited to me being the link to all my clients website accounts.
Not to creating a totally anonymous environment for many people I have not even met.
And I can not just abandon a client because client suggests to recommend themselves on a website.
(like giving themselves 5 yelp reviews when they deserve 0)

so android does not merge browsers
for example ebay and amazon on windows desktop os use flash cookies so there is no reason to use a second browser; need a second computer
one client I found out got kicked off both ebay and amazon and then buys another account
Then I see an email that amazon states that accounts are from the same person.
I was not blamed for this because it was before I was working there.

and from that phone saved contacts could identify a user similar to a cookie
although cookie is an easier identifier
because I may have a friend

Phone saved contacts is not a unique identifier for identity verification.

Yes registration is easy with a 2nd phone number.
But a security check where amazon notifies all users that accounts are linked

Anyway, if Amazon has dedicated people to check every seller, there is not much you can do.
But, I am doubtful that it is possible to do all checks for every seller.

Why you think that the website will specifically monitor your web usage?

Unless you are doing things which are illegal, I do not think that there will be any problem.
What you can do
Install an alternative browser app like the Next browser and when you do anything online with your client, use the alternative browser. When you do things online for yourself, use your original browser.
