VPN server setup

I've installed SoftEther VPN Server on my home computer to be able to watch TV etc. when abroad (My TV provider uses some kind of GEO lock).

I've followed this guide: http://ram.kossboss.com/softether-the-b ... t-forward/

I am able to connect from the client to the server, but when I go to ipleak.net - it's the clients IP that is shown as public IP... How can I change this so it's the IP of my home computer where the server is installed?

Hope you can help :)

I think you would have to get the vpn to make your home network the default gateway... It is a bit different in every piece of software, but it should be in the manual somewhere... If you can't find it I might be able to google it for you...

I believe I provided the correct answer even if the author didn't respond.

You need to send all traffic through the tunnel (full tunneling). In the guide, there is a section where you change the metrics for VPN client under network connections to 100. Change it to Automatic metric.

Please check the guide, specifically the section about modifying windows vpn network interface.
