How to include this second range of public IPs into my firewall?

We are currently using DELL SonicWall NSA3600. Currently, We are using this range of public IPs - a.b.c.160/27; the firewall WAN port - x1 is configured with IP: a.b.c.161, with firewall default gateway: a.b.c.162; Now, due to the public IP shortage, we managed to get a separate range of public IPs - x.y.z.88/27 with usable IPs - x.y.z.89 - 94. DELL Sonicwall firmware version is: 6.2.1.x

Now, the problem is, what should I do on the firewall, so as I can start to use the above second range of new IP?

Hi There,

Are the IPs alloted from the same ISP?

Generally speaking, you need to have the IP range be contiguous.  Can you not get a new range from the ISP that has a /26 mask?

Hi Ian,

Yes, both ranges from the same ISP
Hi Joseph,

Thinks IPs before and after the 1st range of IPs have already used up. So, out of no choice, they provide this "separate" ranges of IPs
Hi all,

However, by using Juniper SSG140, these 2nd range IPs can be used.

Hi Ian,

I think so.
Hi all,

Use one new interface and set it up as the second WAN interface. Assign one of the public IP as this 2nd wan interface Ip, and set the default gateway. Now, I can start to use this second range of IPs.
Hi Michael,

Great..
I actually should have checked with you first on the availability of a free WAN port.
What about the secondary IP? Did you try that out?
Thank for expert - Ian's suggestion of using second wan interface and IP. Using his method, the second range of ip can be used.
