DELL T5500, PCI-E, SATA CONTROLLER, SSD

Hi to all,
I'm considering to buy a refurbished Dell T5500. I see the specs and the native hard disk controller is SATA 3.0 Gb/s.
I want to buy a ssd disk that work on 6.0Gb/s.
For use full 6.0 bandwidth i must buy a controller. I think buy this "IO Crest 2 Port SATA 6Gbps PCIe 2.0 x 1 Non-Raid Controller Card Components SI-PEX40061, Green".
The problem is different interface
Workstation PCI-E

At what speed work the controller in the workstation PCI-E? 6.0 Gb/s?
Finally i don't understand the name and speed of 2 interfaces, can anyone explain me?
Thank you

It will work also in large PCI-Express slots. Sometimes though a PCI-Express slot of a mainboard is reserved for video cards, so you must make sure you use the card in a slot that isn't reserved for a video card. Such things should be mentioned in the PC's manual.
