Citrix AppCenter - how to terminate users session on the Citrix Server side
Hi,
I have a network with 40 user that connects to our Citrix Server. in my Citrix account i have installed Citrix AppCenter, which i can somethings terminate sessions for some users that lock them selves.
i can login to my Windows 2008 R2 where my Citrix Server is installed with any problem. I was looking to see where i can terminate users from the Citrix Server but i could not find a way to do that. I cannot even being able to see user on the Citrix Server.
In a nutshell, my question is "how do I terminate users session on the Citrix Server?"

I could not understand the first paragraph.
"You can use Task Manager or the logoff command, or the Remote Desktop Services console from Admin Tools."
Where i am logged in, in my local machine connect to the Citrix Server or logged in as an Administrator to the Windows 2008 R2 Server?

I was under the impression that you were talking about being logged in to the 2008 R2 server where your Citrix software is installed and the users are working - "I was looking to see where i can terminate users from the Citrix Server"
If you're logged on to the actual Citrix server where your users are hosted, you can log sessions off in a number of ways, such as
Opening Task Manager and visiting the Users tab, you can then click sessions and "Log Off"
Using the "logoff" command from the command line
Using the Remote Desktop Services console from Administrative Tools
Hope this makes sense.

Sorry my ignorance. Please see screenshot attached. I am logged in the Windows 2008 R2 and have open the Citrix Web Interface Management. I cannot see any users list here (see attached file) to terminate theirs sessions.
Can I terminate user sessions using the Citrix Web Interface Management?

Oh your server runs the web interface? No, you can't terminate sessions from there.
Which is the actual Session Host system your users are connecting to (the server with Citrix XenApp installed on it, not Web Interface)? Is it the same one or a separate one?

Ok. Thanks for clarifying.

Thanks for your advice.
Failing that you could install AppCenter on the server itself if you wanted to as well, but that's probably overkill.
