How can I set 3 monitors just like this explanation:

Left side as Number 1
Right side as Number 2
one in the middle to mirror Number 1 and 2 (split)

I haven't seen software to accomplish this.   Windows won't do it natively.

If you use a small TV with PIP then you could setup a 4 monitor system (3 physical, 2 inputs on the TV), with the TV in the middle, PIP on with the mirror of 2 on the right (half and half display mode) and a mirror of 1 on the left.

There are computer monitors with PIP also.   I haven't seen one that gives the half and half view of 2 inputs like my Vizio TVs.

Out of curiosity, why do you want to do this?

wouldn't it be normal for each trainee to have their own PC and screen to work on?  If so, and the trainer just wanted to see what they were doing, then he could use a third PC with some remote access software (like TeamViewer) to check their screens.

Of course, the other thing to bear in mind is that squashing a screen to half its size widthwise will make it very hard to view - especially text.  A widescreen used here may help, especially if the other 2 are normal-aspect screens.
It doesn't seem that ActualTools will combine the display from Monitor 1 and Monitor 2 onto a third monitor, but the software seems interesting.  It seems to split the video from 1 monitor into separate spaces.   I use a 4K 70 inch TV as a monitor and ActualTools might add a cool method for utilizing the space more effectively.
