I have the above phone and the carrier is ultra Mobile which is a subset of metroPCS. &nbsp;I am trying to connect the phone to my pc so that I can copy Mp3 files to it, but my pc does not recognize when connect the usb cable to my pc. &nbsp;My PC is win 10 pro 64 bit and it is a Lennovo ThinkCentre model M72e. &nbsp;i also have iTunes version 12.4.0.119 and I am unable to see the phone being connected either. &nbsp;I am not sure what I am missing or doing wrong. &nbsp;Hope the experts can pse point me in the right direction for this fix. thank u.
