caller ID is 0
Dear Sir,
i installed primacell to my VG router it is working MGCP with the call manger 10.5 and the caller id of the inbound calls show as O the below the configuration of the port that are connected to the primacell:

so the problem from primacell
The complete story is you need CLIP (Caller Line Identification Presentation) service from you provider.
which enables you to receive the number. So if you see from some and not from others then it's not your
providers problem. [ CLIP is added for free in most EU , US, CA ].
Then there are organisation that dont want their number shown... (Commercial, some people that have a secret number and don't want to giveit away with each call) to CLIR is also allowed.
Meaning that the caller can say if the CLI should be passed on or not. Note the Phone company DOES have the number anyway, but only passes on a 0 if CLIR is set.
Then it may also be a badly configured PBX which doesn't give the right numbers to its upstream exchange.
So it may not be the problem of YOUR phone provider.
