asked on
outgoing email to the client's spam
hi my company hosts its own MX Exchange server. and recently, alot of emails sending to his/her yahoo / gmail account going to the spam folder.
What can we do to prevent this happen? It hurts our business because our client feels like they do not get our email.

Are you sending unsolicited emails? Or are regular business emails to your clients being caught as spam?
Why did you single out gmail and yahoo accounts as going to the spam folder? You mean the people you are sending email to have yahoo and gmail accounts and your email to them is being sent to the spam folder?

Why have you accepted a comment that only asks you for more details about your problem?
And now... the "best solution" is the question asking why I got best solution asking for more details.
Quite strange. I like my "best solution" better than your "best solution"! :(

Rindi,
Thank you for notice. I found out that our SMTP is missing subject. We added it and it now does not block anymore. Thanks

In most cases, recipient servers don't provide any information about spam filtering to the sender of an email that was filtered.
Things you can do:
- perform a test of email server - http://mxtoolbox.com/diagnostic.aspx If you see any errors, fix them.
- check that your server is not listed in any blacklist - http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
- read gmail Bulk Senders Guidelines at https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126?hl=en
- check your domain health at http://mxtoolbox.com/domain/
- check you server's ssl configuration for any security issues - https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/
