there are to functions I would like the system to do but can't figure out how?
scenario:
some services we offer are outsourced.
In the IVR the digit for that service forward to their number which is not a phone on the system.
1- How should the forward be set so after the call is forward both should stay on the system so all features like, phone recording, transfer to a extension in the system to voice mail, park and take back the call (*71) should be available to them?
2- the partner companies when they call my clients, instead of calling direcly from their phone to the client, call our number and from in the system do the call?

The partner company are not on the system. It should be a way how to call in to the system from a external phone and call out through the system.
A soft phone is not a option in this scenario.

2 - I an not sure what you are asking here. If you have your clients phone number is hooked up to your PBX then you could route the calls to either extensions or have them come thru to an IVR for your clent.
