Did it ever print fast? What are the make and models of the printers?

The users just started using the solution so unfortunately we have no past experience in this regard. &nbsp;In the past they use to have a local version running of Sage Partner on their workstations.<br />

They are using Ricoh NRG MP C305 printers running with the PCL6 drivers.

We have a couple of users accessing Sage X3 via remote desktop session.  They need to print invoices etc. from the remote session.

When printing, the jobs take extremely long to print via the remote desktop session.  The users are using the redirected printer driver in the remote session to print to their local printers (LAN Printer connected via IP).  They are all running on Windows 8.1 Pro.

Is there any way to speed up to printing process?
