We have users who connect to apps via Citrix. These machines that they use are not on the same domain as the citrix portal, so the credentials are different. Sometimes people forget their password and need it reset. We looked at tons of self service password reset tools but we can't seem to find the right one. We need a tool that will force users to enroll after they login to the citrix portal asking them for answers to security questions, ect... Once they enroll, thats it, if they forget their password, there should be a link on the citrix login page for them to reset their ad password. Any ideas?
