CRM 2011 SSRS Question
We have added some new fields to a Quote and now when I add them to my report, the new fields (plus an existing field) do not appear.
I am going to the Query Designer, adding the fields, refreshing fields, basically the same process I have been following. I am using an expression in a text box that looks like this: =Fields!salesmanemail.Valu e & vbcrlf & Fields!salesmanphone.Value and neither field's content appears on the report.
I have checked visibility, any hide conditions, allow height increase, created a new text box in the report, nothing seems to make the new fields appear
Any advice would be appreciated.

Could you please post some screen shot of your data and report?

Can I share my desktop with you? There is a lot involved for screenshots. If that works for you, I can send you an invitation
Thanks
Thanks
I can not be online now. I can only communicate and see the screen shots but not have live view of desktop. Still you want live help, we can do that.

I will try screen shots and then we can go from there

Quick question, I have embedded datasets and the main one had a parameter that seemed to be preventing certain report functions.
I copied the parameter and changed it to null but this didnt help and now I am getting a parameter error.
I have copies of the report on several servers, if I copy from a different report will it bring the dataset with it?
Thanks

Chris, thanks for the suggestion. I will add IIF statements in the expression to test for nulls.

Looking for the nulls, it revealed that my multiple datasources were in the wrong order, giving me the parameter error (CRM needs to be first), after that I could get the report to run and work with my datasets to get the non-null values.
Thanks
