how to solve some these issues after refreshing PC windows8?

Hi After refreshing, Chrome is lost, which has some bookmark. My extended monitor cannot work again. Anyone can give some suggestion? Thank you

Thank you so much for your fast reply. After refreshing, Chrome is not existing in my PC. I reinstalled Chrome, but previous bookmarks are lost. do you think so?
After reinstalling driver for second monitor, second monitor appear again

Here is whole story. after installing some software, i noticed there are some unknown files in Desktop. so i restored the pc to one restore point. When restarting pc, the pc could not boot up. one button appeared in the window, which was Refresh button. After clicking the Refresh, pc lost many applications, including Chrome etc. Why cannot the pc perform Restore,  instead, it went into refreshing?
