Interesting.... your initial question was how to find it on carparts.com but the solution was to buy it on eBay......
It looks like only two of the ones on carparts is under $100. And those two are 4 layer.
Hopefully the 5 layer gives you a better price point and the cover serves your purpose since you may have been considering both quality and price.

Ebay has a very good buyer protection plan and I buy from Ebay all the time for that reason. I can not tell what return policies are had by other websites such as carparts.
Maybe you will decide to get yourself a bug (?) :)
