Issue exporting to XML with Excel 2016

I have an Excel worksheet that I use to generate an XML file. It is a worksheet that has worked well in the past. When I tried to export today, after editing the worksheet, Excel exports 65K XML elements, there are only 400+ rows of data on the worksheet. Previously it exported only those rows with data, now there are thousands of empty XML elements.

I would appreciate any insight into how to fix this. As a work-around I manually delete the empty XML elements, but I would like the export to work.

Thanks,
Sid

CTRL++END goes to the last cell with data in it (B482).

Copying the data to another worksheet and applying my "map" file to it worked.

Any idea why the original worksheet didn't work? Having to remap when this happens is a bit of a pain.

Thanks for the help,
Sid
This some times happens when data is altered; Excel keeps a range with active cells and that occasionally gets messed up. However you have a good chance this does not occur again..
Glad we could help you fix it.
