Re-installing EDGE

I disabled Edge on my windows 10 computer but now I need it back. This is what I done so far:

I disabled edge on my windows 10 professional and instead I installed windows IE 11, but now I need to reinstall Edge again; this is what I had done:
First we need to delete the corrupt Microsoft Edge Folder. The path => C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe

Delete the "Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe" Folder

You may not able to delete the folder itself and 2 or 3 files, but it doesn’t matter. Select the folder, Hit Delete, then if it asks for admin privileges, just hit skip and then ok. Restart the computer.

Then Launch PowerShell as administrator and run the following command. Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml" -Verbose}

Hit enter and once the command is executed, Quit PowerShell and restart the computer to complete the process.

The edge browser will be back and running in all its glory.

I literally follow this instructions, the problem is that edge won't come up, the folder is there after the new install, edge logo will come up for a split second and disappear. How can I get it back? I will appreciate any help I can get.

You are correct. My mistake. It showed up all the way as a download for Edge itself but I had no need to download it. I'll check next time.
It has to be the exact same article: http://www.intowindows.com/how-to-reinstall-microsoft-edge-in-windows-10/

but I followed it to the letter and it did work. Edge came back up like it was a brand new install. You might want to try it again and see if something wasn't just a little off.
