tag a picture in Word 2013?
I can add a picture to Word and resize etc., but I can't find a way to name it. Is there a way to add a name /tag/alias to a picture?
This is my scenario. I'm using C# and Open XML to replace a picture in a Word document, and all the examples I found identify the picture to be replace by some kind of name. These are the 2 sources that were most helpful:
http://ericwhite.com/blog/replacing-a-picture-in-a-picture-content-control-in-an-open-xml-wordprocessingml-document/ (here called an 'alias')
&
http://www.eelcomulder.nl/2012/07/06/open-xml-setting-multiple-picture-content-controls-by-tag-name-without-going-crazy/ (here called a 'Tag')
How do I name a picture in Word so that I can access it specifically in Open XML?

I'm sorry but I don't see how any of these answers apply.
@Lisa, your answer is adding alternative text, not a name.
@Trideep, your answer is in Windows, not Word.
