Per project hiring sites for US market only

One of the big challenges with sites like Upwork and Freelancer, is the time zone.  There used to be crossloop but I think that's gone now.

Assistance in finding a site for only US time zones is greatly appreciated.

ASKER

I'm looking for an outsourcing site that focuses only on per project workers inside the US.
According to my view, so far there is no business model made specifically for US.

But you can classified FREELANCERS from USA in UPWORK from here :

https://www.upwork.com/local/united-states/

They provided facility to hire freelancer from your state as well.

Hope that helps!
Yes but you can't keep non us people from applying. I want to Target the us only for some projects that require a high degree of collaboration and communication

Keep them coming and thank you for all the suggestions.  So far nothing viable for the US.

I can't access https://texasfreelance.org yet so I don't know how good they would be.
Their was / is also odesk, Toptal, guru, vWorker, Peopleperhour, Scriptlance, GoFreelance, Fiverr, iFreelance, All Freelance Work, LogoMyWay, GetaCoder, 99Designers, Programmer Meet Designer, Sologig, Jobbi, Freelance Job Search, Project Spring, Freelanza, Coroflot, Krop, Authentic Jobs

I tried this last year, got funding for a project - but the coders vanished.  Now, the people that I had mentioned it to, want it, and I am talking to a few people for sweat equity.  I started up 4 companies after / during the United States Air Force, and helped to expand just as many.  The ones where we all put something into it, gave us a great feeling, plus this business model will need a dedicated team

Good luck - get references. And talk to them.  Get websites.  And then go to www.whois.com and make sure it is owned by that company / person, not the designer / developer.  And if they give you a company number, look it up - do your research so you make mistakes later.
