We have one of these... I am working on getting the model number. Sorry if these questions are a bit Dense...
So this is an AC to DC converter... It appears to have batteries so I would assume it's also a UPS...
I'm not sure what the amp requirements are... or how to figure how how much load/estimated run time is....
Any suggestions?

Once you disconnect its power you will get Verizon's attention quickly.
Ahhhh... so this is how to get their attention when my internet has been down for 24 hours and we are still waiting on them to fix it... lol :-)
