Batch file required for Windows server backup

I am unable to run a full Windows Server Backup scheduled task. I get the error "The Task XML contains a value which is incorrectly formatted or out of range"

Instead I want to create a batch file that i can schedule to run once a week. Can you help batch the below

WBADMIN START BACKUP -backupTarget:\\192.168.200.253\backup -include:c: -allCritical -vssFull -quiet

Password

Thanks

ASKER

How do I enter username and password of the drive its backing up to?
Huh?

What drive are you using to backup to?  Drives don't have user names and passwords to enter in normal environments.
My target destination is a NAS share

You take the NAS off site?
Great thanks Lee

No NAS is onsite - It has a private share on it "backup" that only the admin user has access to.
