Video streaming through Citrix

I have a quick question about HD streaming service via  Citrix. An organization with 10,000 users wants to roll out video streaming (corporate, marketing, online training) and I need help with:
1) What is best method for doing this through CItrix
2) Best method for sizing this correctly (network, compute, storage)
3) We are also looking at possibly using Azure/AWS for hosting the streaming services. Anyone used them for that purpose and what was the experience over all.

Most of our users are located in the US, Europe with a small number in India.

Your expert advice is appreciated as always.

Regards,
J

As always, thank you for your great detailed answer. I will check the link.

CloudBirdge keeps coming up as a possible solution to optimize bandwidth consumption, would this scenario be a good use case for it?

I also noticed you said "If Citrix is the vendor selected" out of curiosity, are there any other solutions you would recommend considering for this scenario? I have said Citrix as this is solution already is use (XenDesktop and XenApp)

Thanks again for your great help.
