What OS are you running? I would first try a chkdsk on the boot partition.

ASKER

Note:   This is a brand new Dell Running Windows 10

Scan Snap was working prior to a Malware infection.

Malware attached it'self to the scan snap software

Used the CD Uninstaller or Clean.exe program to remove the software

and re-installed Fresh from the internet

These Errors are related to the ScanSnap Manager

and you cannot scan unless these are loaded in memory

i also recommend Roguekiller :  http://majorgeeks.com/RogueKiller_d6983.html
Ran roug killer and still cannot install
So at this point you have run Malwarebytes, Adwcleaner and RogueKiller? Please confirm.
Yep and also ran superantispyware
ok
can be the system is corrupt
so: remove the software, then run sfc or a repair install:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html            REPAIR
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
Before re-installing I would try logging in as a different user, perhaps the actual administrator, and try installing. It could be that the malware damaged the profile.
Tried even installing it in safe mode,

Installed on my laptop and the scanner ran fine,
does your laptop have the same OS as this pc?
Yes
I was told to do this

Correction just fixed it. Delete the dashboard.exe directory in C:\users\administrator\appdata\local\microsoft_corporation. When you run dashboard it will get corrected. I was getting a fatal error something to due with a bad variable in the user.cfg file in that directory.
ignore last post I posted it to the wrong question
if running win7, try running sfc, or a repair - the scanners may have removed too much
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html            REPAIR

you can also try a system restore to a date it was ok
I Did everything you guys said to do...

what Fixed the problem is to create a New Profile and then do the install

Moved all data from infected profile to New profile and everything works
