unable to open iTunes version 10.4 after uninstalling newer version
Hello and Good Evening Everyone,
Upon doing some research tonight, I found out that the latest version of iTunes which supports File > Library > Backup to Disc was version 10.4. Unfortunately, the newer versions of iTunes does not have Backup to Disc as a menu option. At any rate, I uninstalled my latest iTunes 12.4 and installed iTunes 10.4 in order to have the built-in option of backing up my friend's entire iTunes media library to multiple DVD's. To my unpleasant surprise, I am unable to open iTunes 10.4 because of the following error message represented below within this post.
Any help in resolving this technical issue with iTunes will be greatly appreciated. I look forward to hearing from everyone.
Thank you
George

Hello George. You are very welcome and I am pleased you got iTunes working again.

Thank you so very much for your suggestions and tips. I am very happy to say the error message is now resolved and iTunes 10 is now able to fully load after following your easy to understand steps. While the iTunes folder was not exactly in the path mentioned, I was able to locate it simply by searching for it. Once located, I simply deleted this folder along with its associated files.
Thanks again John.
