Cisco 7821 no longer reporting MOS scores. How to capture call quality?
I heard from Cisco that they are no longer supporting phone reporting of MOS scores. I used to be able see MOS scores per call in my call reporting software. The tech mentioned perhaps using Cisco PCA - which I never heard of. Given that MOS score reporting is becoming no longer an option - what's the best method to quantify call quality per call? I am using Cisco UCM 10.x and Cisco ISR.

Is there any way to track SCCR scores into monitoring systems other than Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance and Analytics? We use Solar Winds for monitoring and trending.
