troubleshooting Question

550 5.4.1 : Recipient address rejected: Access denied - Office 365

Hi, I have moved a number of users to O365 for this company but one user is getting the following error for any email sent from outside his domain - 550 5.4.1 : Recipient address rejected: Access denied

No other users have reported this error. Migration was done using Hybrid Exchange 2010 which has since been decomissioned. I tried changing to internal relay on O365 for this domain and it gave me warning on creating Outbound Connectors so I reverted back to Authoratative for the domain

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?
