VMware SRM - are two Windows domains possible in one vSphere PSC / SSO?

We have two VMware infrastructures with 2 Windows domains and 2 vCenters at our primary location. (All 6.00 U2.) The PSC for both have same default vsphere.local domains. Here are my questions:
1. By making the password same for the administrator@vsphere.local account in two PSC, may I combine or replicate between them? In other words, can there be 2 vCenters in 2 different Windows AD under same PSC?
2. We are setting up Site Recovery Manager (SRM). If answer to previous question is Yes,  can we have only one SRM and PSC at the remote location?
3. If answer to Q#1 is No, may I have a vCenter in one Windows domain and have some VMs, under it, belonging to a different Windows domain. (Two AD domains are in separate VLANs, and ESXi hosts will have their NICs configured to communicate with both VLANs.)

Thanks so much for any help.

Thank you Andrew. So if I run both SRM under an account which does not belong of any of the Windows domains, can I replicate VMs being managed by two different vCenter servers at primary location as long as Remote location also has two similar vCenter servers? Or, perhaps setup can be even simpler? Thanks.
