Wireless Authentication

Hi guys

we are looking to setup aruba wireless access points IAP 225. Around 4-5 of them in our offices. We are replacing cisco AP's

At present with Cisco we use WPA keys and then up connection, users vpn to the network so they can access shared drives and internal pages. Not sure why it was set up like this but users find it pain to keep using Yubikey wherever they go like meeting rooms.

What i want going forward is there to be 2 SSID. One for internal staff/laptops and one for visitor. The internal will have access to server so no need for Yubikey but dont want a key based authentication as they can use that on personal devices and connect and access shared areas too.

So what is best authentication method so only devices bought by company can connect? Ideally i want to do away with MAC authentication as it will be extra burden on IT.

how do you guys do this or is there a solution for this so only trusted devices are authenticated?

we have some staff coming from US which will also need authenticating on wireless automatically and be able to access shared areas. So adding even there devices to the MAC list will be pain so ideally without the mac bit will be great

thanks
