Two printers with 10A fuse power adpter plug into a power bar. If the power bar can support 13A, does it mean it may blow the fuse of the power bar ?

You might want a version that handles your plugs and 220 V.  It would be easier to get a clamp meter and measure the current.
I have both watt meters and a clamp meter in my basement.

It is easiest (by far) just to provide the correct rated capacity. Safer as well.
