USB devices are not supported on the host server.

Use Winscp to download logs to Workstation

there is no support for USB stick in ESXi

what you can do is

1) connect the usb stick to Laptop/PC
2) Connect ESXi server using "winscp"
4) upload the required files form usb to esxi
5) generate the logs in esxi
3) copy the required logs to laptop/pc or directly to USB stick
