Workstation showing every few minutes the following errors.
The computer is part of a domain.
All workstations are running quick books and the file is on the server. accessing it via map drive.

kaspersky installed on all workstations.
Having performance issue only with this one working vary slow.
I am aware the server is running low in memory. working on it, but the most of others workstation work fine (except one but that one gives active directory errors and keeps crashing).
I attached capture from treesize and Process Explorer But (as normal) was not able to get a good shot from performance monitor which all the time was overwhelming but at the time I tried doing a capture it calmed!!!

If QuickBooks is possibly causing an issue, make sure the Server Manager is running properly and scanning for the company file. Make sure the Kaspersky firewall is set to allow QuickBooks.

Use the Network Diagnostics tool from Intuit to discover network issues.

If not QB, check for viruses and malware on this computer with Kaspersky and with Malwarebytes.

Already did all except opening quick books in kaspersky because if on the other computers kaspersky doesn't cause a issue I assume same here. [my feeling tells me the issue is related to a network issues but have no hard evidence]
I agree with your thinking about Network and that is why I suggest Network Diagnostics. Try running that again.

Check for slowness of other apps on the same problem computer and if none, then the Diagnostics should help.
Connecting to the Internet is extremely slow
The daily online backup fails
Was just running some drivers update still did not complete the first download (running for about a hour)

But when looking for hard evidence only the listed errors was found.
What are you running that display the errors like that? If the computer is running slow I would go back in to task manager and sort first from High to Low by CPU. See if something is eating up CPU utilication. Next sort High to Low but Disk% and see if something is murdering your hard drive.

I believe this needs to be done locally (cannot be done remotely) correct?
You can log into the computer but when you reset the network, you will lose the remote connection.

Also, to a post made earlier:  Is it just the network slow, or the computer in general slow?
Both.
If both statements are true (computer slow AND network slow), I suggest fixing the computer slowness first. Check for viruses and malware (that is what I start with when a machine goes slow).
To clearfy in one line
ipconfig /flushdns net stop dnscache net start dnscache
Or
ipconfig /flushdns net stop dnscache
ipconfig /flushdns net start dnscache

I looked in to this TraxNG is a camera system
Check for viruses and malware - done
You may need to try a Windows Repair install. If Windows 7, you need the Windows 7 DVD. Here is a Seven Forums Tutorial to assist you.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
ipconfig /flushdns followed by net stop dnscache followed by net start dnscache

Made a major improvement. Is it fair to say the network issue is cussed by the camera system which I believe uses a lot of bandwidth, plus most errors point to this program. If yes how can I proof it? and how can I solve the issue?
You need a packet sniffer like Comm View or Wire Shark. Wire Shark is free. Set it up and look at the volume of the Camera Packets. If it is using a lot of bandwidth, it will show up in a packet sniffer.
I know Wire Shark but to be honest I am still in the vary beginning stages of studding it. hope this will be give me a boost.
For now let me see what she will say tomorrow how the computer works for her.
Thank you so much for your assistance.
Thank you vary much for your help
